Pollen Points Rewards Program

It’s simple, create an account, and start earning pollen points on every Flights of Fancy purchase you make. You can even earn points by leaving reviews for the products you have purchased, following us on Facebook & Instagram, or by leaving a Google or Facebook review. PLUS receive bonus points on your birthday!

Flights of Fancy Honey Bee Company is a small business, owned and operated by one person, so please bear with me while any wrinkles in this program get ironed out, the spirit behind this program is to give back to the community of people who have helped me grow my business over the last year.

Pollen Points can be redeemed for discounts on your next purchase, free products, and free or discounted shipping. Discounts on your next purchase will be available all year long, while special promotions offering free products, and free or discounted shipping will be available at certain points of the year.

You earn 1 Pollen Point for every trackable dollar you spend on Flights of Fancy products.

But you can also earn Pollen Points for creating your account and by reviewing products you have purchased, by leaving Flights of Fancy a review on Google and/or Facebook, and by following Flights of Fancy and Meet The Bees on Facebook and/or Instagram.

• When you create your account you will receive 200 Pollen Points
• For each product review (only 1 review per product per customer account) you will receive 40 Pollen Points
• Leave Flights of Fancy a review on Facebook and/or Google (only one review per platform, for a maximum of two reviews per customer account) and you’ll receive 100 Pollen Points per review (for a maximum of 200 Pollen Points per customer account)
• Follow Flights of Fancy & Meet the Bees on Instagram and Facebook and earn 25 Pollen Points per account per platform (only earnable one time per customer account, per platform for a total of 100 Pollen Points)
• Share your Birthday date and receive bonus Pollen Points on your special day

Purchase Example: 
Order 1 –  You create an account, follow Flights of Fancy and Meet The Bees on Instagram & Facebook and make a $100 purchase for Mother’s Day. Your account would be credited with a total of 400 Pollen Points and you would receive up to $30 off of your next order of $60 (for a total of up to 50% off of your full cart value before taxes and shipping).

Order 2 – Father’s Day is around the corner, so you leave 5 product reviews from your first Flights of Fancy order and receive 200 Pollen Points for your reviews. You then leave Flights of Fancy a review on Facebook for an additional 100 Pollen Points. Your account total is now 700 Pollen Points (the original 400 from order 1 plus your actions at the beginning of order 2) for a discount of up to $35.00 off of your next order (to a maximum of 50% off your cart total before taxes and shipping), or you can choose to only use some of your points for a lower discount (saving some for a future purchase) or use some of your points to claim a free product (pending on product eligibility).

Pollen Points are offered as 5% back on any trackable Flights of Fancy purchase. You will earn 1 Pollen Point for every dollar you spend on Flights of Fancy products (before taxes). 20 Pollen Points are redeemable for $1 off. For example, if you placed a $100 order, you would collect 100 Pollen Points, and on your next order, you would receive $5 worth of Pollen Points (100 points/20 points = $5 off).

You can also earn a number of Pollen Points without having to spend a dime, for actions such as creating an account, social follows, leaving a social review, and reviewing products you have purchased in the past.

For order discounts, your Pollen Points can be redeemable up to 50% off of your full cart, with no product exceptions.

For free products, your Pollen Points will be equal to the eligible products price (For example a $7 product would require you to redeem 140 Pollen Points).

Yes, all trackable orders that were placed through the online store since it launched on Thanksgiving 2020 will receive the points they are eligible for. If you purchased at an in-person event, and you opted to receive a receipt and can send a copy of your receipt to flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com your account can be manually credited with the eligible Pollen Points for that purchase.

If you purchased  Flights of Fancy products from one of our retail partners and you can send a copy of your receipt to flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com your account can be manually credited with the eligible Pollen Points for those purchases.

Yes, Pollen Points do expire 12 months after they were awarded.

However, the program will launch on Jan. 7th, 2022, and all points that were accumulated from purchases before the launch of the program will be awarded to the customer accounts that made the purchase, and there will be a 60 day grace period from the beginning of the program until the expiry date comes into effect, allowing supporters to take advantage of the points from previously made purchases. On March 8, 2022, the 12-month expiry date will come into effect, and points earned from purchases over 12 months prior will be expired.

This program was created as an effort to show appreciation and to give back to the community that has supported and helped Flights of Fancy grow over this last year.

But as a small business, I am limited – at this point, in what I can offer. The plan is to keep this rewards program as a living entity that can grow and expand along with the business and to constantly be improving and optimizing it. With this in mind it’s possible that at some point down the road the Pollen Points expiry date may be removed.

If you don’t receive it right away, make sure to check your emails junk folders.

If you have already made purchases from the Flights of Fancy online store, make sure you use the email you used to place those orders for points from previous orders to be automatically applied to your account.

If you have already made purchases from the Flights of Fancy online store, but checked out as a guest, make sure when you are creating your account, that you use the same email you used to place those orders, for points from previous orders to be automatically applied to your account.

If you have already made purchases from the Flights of Fancy online store, but checked out as a guest from multiple email addresses, or accidentally created multiple accounts using different email addresses, simply send me an email at flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com and include the email address you would like to be your account, along with the order numbers or email addresses from your previous purchases and the Pollen Points can be manually merged into the main account.

For actions such as creating your account and leaving product reviews for items you have purchased, your Pollen Points will automatically be applied to your account in real-time.

Once you have left a review for Flights of Fancy on Google and/or Facebook (Yay, thank you!!), simply send flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com an email with the username of the account you used to leave the review and the Pollen Points will be manually applied to your customer account in 2-5 business days.

Once you have followed Flights of Fancy and/or Meet The Bees on Facebook and/or Instagram (so awesome, thank you!!), simply send flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com an email with your social media account name and the Pollen Points will be manually applied to your customer account within 2-5 business days.

You will receive an email on or before your special day, letting you know what the Birthday Bonus is!

Yes, if you have an account or would like to open an account and make a purchase while at an in-person event and collect your eligible Pollen Points that can be done, just make sure to mention it while checking out and your Pollen Points will be awarded manually to your customer account within 2-5 business days (depending on order volume).

What happens if you forget?
As long as you have a receipt of the transaction you can send it to flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com within 60 days and the Pollen Points can be manually awarded.

Yes, as long as you can send a copy (photo) of the receipt to flightsoffancy.hbc@gmail.com within 60 days of the transaction date, the Pollen Points can be manually awarded to your customer account within 2-5 business days of the transaction being confirmed.
