This Simcoe County honey has been sourced from local beekeepers within a 20 km radius of the Flights of Fancy apiary, still, local bees making great honey, and still bottled by us right here in Loretto. Makes a great alternative when our micro-batch honey has sold out, you can still shop, support, and enjoy local!

Engineered by the bees, each one of my honey harvests is truly one of a kind, made up of the nectar from a variety of flowers that the bees chose to visit. Unfiltered, and raw, the honey is kept in its most natural state, and in the process preserving the exclusive flavor.
